A name, county, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. This site does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy applies to its handling of the query.

If you send an email or contact message, we keep the details needed to read and answer it. A message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Routine server and analytics records may capture details associated with a page request:
